An intimate wedding in a thousand year old Beaujolais Château of Courbeville.

Upon arriving to the chateau the heavens where fully open and it looked like a portrait session was anything but possible. Luckily the rain reduced to a mere drizzle just in time for our shoot. The garden in Château du Courbeville provided us the most beautiful backdrop for portraits. Unlike in some chateaus where the gardens are kept in pristine condition, at Château du Courbeville the garden “is only helped and supported”, according to the owner Koryn, which gives it it’s lush characteristic. After the ceremony and the cocktail reception, as the day was winding down, the sun appeared and lit up the garden - naturally I couldn’t resist to steal the wedding couple for another round of portraits.
